Text Box: were very friendly and welcoming.  They played ice breaker games with us to make us feel at ease.  Next we were organised into groups and had the opportunity to discuss    current  affairs and issues relevant to teenagers.   At lunch we had a game of football and after lunch we had a tour of the monastery.  

To finish the day two priests held a reconciliation service for us, we all went to confession and were given a

Operation Christmas Child is the world's largest children's Christmas project.  Last year 1.24million shoe boxes filled with gifts were sent to children in hospitals, orphanages, homeless shelters and impoverished neighbourhoods all over the world. 

This year 10A decided they wanted to get involved and asked for help from the whole of year 10.  The response from year 10 was fantastic. 10A worked extremely hard promoting and organising the project.  The generosity from all forms in year 10 was outstanding.  Within a week 10A had collected 27 filled shoe boxes!!  Next year 10A hope to run the project again, only next year involve the whole school.  Well done year 10 and a big thank you for all your generosity!

Text Box: On the 20th of November my class and another class from Year 12 went on our annual retreat to Clonard. We were accompanied by Miss Tew and Mrs Bunting.  

This was my second time visiting Clonard and, like before I really enjoyed it.  Not only was it a day out of school but it was a great opportunity for the class to spend time together. We were met by Brenda, Patrice and Martin, who
